Pick up from Blacklist Coffee Roasters Welshpool warehouse – Next business day pick up for orders placed before 1pm for all items in stock. Please do bring your ‘Order Complete’ email.
Our roasting warehouse is open from 7am to 1pm Monday to Friday at 41 Welshpool Road, Welshpool WA.
Coffee
We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds due to this being a fresh product, and we package all of our coffee to order. However, if the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we will replace it with the correct order.
Merchandise & Equipment
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, though all refunds and exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Within 30 days of purchase you can choose a refund or exchange if we deem your product to have a major defect.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange hats, beanies, and some equipment.

In WA, we operate out of our Welshpool roastery and coffee shop. Our Subiaco Concept Store was established in 2019 to offer a unique cellar door experience with coffee tastings from producing regions around the world. Our first foray overseas was in Canggu, in Bali Indonesia, to showcase the Blacklist experience to the wider world.
